Raynelle Boadu is a gender advocate, communications professional, confidence and self-awareness coach, writer, and development-focused leader dedicated to empowering young girls and women through education, mentorship, advocacy, and sustainable social impact initiatives.

As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gutsy Women Foundation, she leads programs and interventions designed to equip women and girls with the confidence, knowledge, leadership skills, and opportunities necessary to thrive and create meaningful change in their communities. Her vision is rooted in creating long-term, sustainable solutions that enable women and girls to discover their potential and become agents of transformation.

Raynelle is deeply passionate about helping young women and girls overcome fear, particularly in areas of public speaking, self-expression, and personal identity development. Through coaching, mentorship, and advocacy, she supports young people in building confidence, self-awareness, and a strong sense of purpose.

Beyond her work in leadership and development, Raynelle is also a writer with a strong interest in social and political issues. Through her writing, she explores conversations that challenge perspectives, amplify voices, and encourage social change.

Her professional background reflects an interdisciplinary blend of communication, gender studies, business, and development management. This combination enables her to approach leadership with both strategic insight and empathy while creating initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Raynelle is defined by qualities that shape both her leadership and personal philosophy: deep empathy, infectious optimism, radical authenticity, and a strategic coaching mindset. Her unique combination of creative vision, ambition, and transformational leadership continues to inspire and empower the next generation of women leaders.

Hariratah Ibrahim Doudu is a law professional, emerging leader, and advocate passionate about legal excellence, leadership, and public service. She holds an LL.B from GIMPA and is currently pursuing the Professional Law Course at the Ghana School of Law.

With experience in legal research, corporate support, and governance, she has developed a strong interest in commercial law and policy. She serves as the Vice President of the Ghana School of Law Students’ Representative Council and is the Social Media Lead for the Gutsy Women Foundation, where she contributes to communication, visibility, and women’s empowerment initiatives.

Eugenia Abena Ahenkorah is a dedicated and emerging leader in the health sciences community at the University of Ghana.

She was a proud member of Mentorship Cohort One with the Gutsy Women Foundation, where she honed her leadership skills and commitment to women’s empowerment.

She currently serves as Administrative Secretary of Gutsy Women Foundation Administrative Team and is also Vice President of the University of Ghana Medical Laboratory Science Students’ Association (UG-MELSSA), and actively volunteers in community initiatives.

Her multifaceted roles reflect a strong passion for academic excellence, student advocacy, professional development, and service to others. Eugenia continues to inspire her peers through her leadership, initiative, and dedication to advancing medical laboratory science and youth empowerment in Ghana.

Eunice Esi Esaaba Essien is a Youth Advocate and President of the Ghana Union of Professional Students.

Adwoa Sefah Gyasiwaa-Agyemang is a student leader and emerging professional with a strong passion for leadership, youth development, and social impact. She currently serves as Tutorials Lead for the 1835 Group, where she supports academic coordination and student development initiatives.

She also plays multiple leadership roles within the Gutsy Women Foundation, including Project Director, Administrative Lead, and member of the Planning and Organising Team, contributing to programme design, coordination, and execution.

Additionally, she served as the former General Secretary for the University of Ghana Accra City Campus and has experience in student representation, communication, and organisational leadership. She is committed to excellence, teamwork, and creating meaningful impact through education, advocacy, and community-driven initiatives.

Samuel Palm is a seasoned communications and strategic management professional with academic qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Law (LLB), and Brands & Communication Management.

With extensive experience as a manager and lead strategist, he has successfully delivered high-impact communication and stakeholder engagement projects for organisations including The Coca-Cola Company, UNICEF, Marie Stopes International, the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, and the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection.

Over the years, he has been providing strategic leadership in communications, policy engagement, stakeholder relations, and reputation management.

His multidisciplinary expertise enables him to effectively advise on public affairs, branding, governance, and strategic communications.

Nathaniel Obeng Boafo is a youth and gender advocate, and emerging professional with a strong commitment to leadership, youth development, gender equality, and social impact. He is passionate about creating inclusive spaces that empower young people and drive meaningful community transformation.

He holds multiple leadership roles within the Gutsy Women Foundation, contributing to publicity coordination as well as serving on the Planning and Organising Team, supporting the design, promotion, and execution of initiatives that advance gender equity and community impact.

He also serves as project director for the 1835 Group, where he leads the coordination, planning, and execution of projects and initiatives, ensuring effective organisation and delivery of programmes that support leadership development and youth engagement.

Castin Boakye is the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer at Gutsy Women Foundation, where he leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems to measure the Foundation's impact and enhance programme effectiveness.

He is responsible for developing results frameworks, performance indicators, data collection tools, and reporting systems that support evidence-based decision-making. His role includes tracking project implementation, conducting data quality assessments, analysing programme outcomes, preparing donor and management reports, and generating insights that strengthen organisational learning and accountability.

Castin combines strong analytical skills with expertise in data management, research, policy analysis, and strategic planning to ensure programmes are effectively monitored and evaluated. Passionate about sustainable development and social impact, he is committed to using data and evidence to improve programme delivery, empower women and vulnerable communities, and support the Foundation's mission of creating lasting, measurable change.
